I don't write negative reviews but I needed to let people know we paid a deposit for a limo and they never showed upWe called hours early to confirm our reservation at 4:30pmWhen the time came and went we started callingWe could only leave a message with their answering service but it was a real person texting supervisor so we had hopeAt 5:we called Uber, unfortunately there were of us so we had to get XLBy the time both came and we fought the increasing traffic we ended up one hour late and paying much more for two vehicles than oneWe never heard from Amy's until the next dayThey had no good explanation and only refunded our deposit and not the difference for our higher expenses

Thank you I do apologize for any confusion The customer booked and paid for a passenger limousine, because they would have too much luggage for a town car sedan The customer agreed to the passenger limo rate during that phone call We often provide the best available
vehicle, which could be an upgrade to a larger size limo (we guarantee same size or larger) On the first trip, week early, we provided a passenger limo at the passenger limo rate I got a call from the driver as well as from the customer about the trip from Vancouver to Seattle, however we provided the size that was originally booked, passenger limo I apologized and explained to the customer at that time The driver and I spoke about this job in detail after completion The customers' luggage fit in the trunk and up with the driver There was no luggage in the passenger compartment, and we delivered as promised The larger size was not available to do this trip, and the "passenger " notice listed on her confirmation was simply and cut paste and copy issue as it was the customers 2nd reservation thru us And I do not routinely call back the upgraded clients to see if they would mind paying more money, but I can think about doing that in the future Again, my apologies

Amy's Limo canceled service hours before scheduled pick up on Son's wedding day! I chose Amy's Limo for our son's wedding day two weeks priorWas offered to come by and look at the limo by the owner Amy, only to have a call minutes later saying they didn't have the limo I was renting onsite at that time and offered to text me picturesI enjoyed my conversations with her, her website and bio's of her drivers, and pictures of the limo that we decided to hire themI paid my deposit to reserve the driveAt that time I found out they use "an affiliate partner company" for some of their limos but was assured I would have one of their driversThe day before I called them and gave them the rest of the balance for the hour rentalThe day of the wedding I receive a call from their limo driver who left me a message he was introducing himselfminutes later he texts me to tell me "the drive has been canceled and if I have questions to call Amy's Limo." I verified online that they ran the payment and it had clearedThen I called Amy's Limo and got the answering service, twiceLeft an urgent message for Amy to call meShe has never called meThe wedding was yesterdayHer driver said he went into work and she told him the drive was canceled and they were closed for the dayHe did not know why this was happeningIt was to late to rent another limoNo matter what the reason is I should have had a call explaining that there was a problem on their endAmy's limo left three families out the day of the weddingThat morning I received an email what appears to be a refund but nothing has hit our bank accountIf you want a company you can depend on it would not be this oneIf you want a company that has integrity in the way they handle their customers it would not be this one

I contacted Amy approximately mos in advance of a cruise we were takingDue to the excessive amount of luggage she offered to upgrade us from a person to a person limo at the person rateWe negotiated a price and she sent confirmation indicating the above agreementUpon arrival all was well, however for the return trip she sent a person limoI was understandably upset and contacted her immediatelyShe let me know it was a one-way upgrade, but I explained that her verbal as well as written confirmation indicated otherwiseShe then said that it was not beneficial to herThough I have sent her confirmation of the agreement that clearly indicates a person limo round trip she refuses to honor the agreement or make amends
