Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response given not only twisted the nature of the complaint they also incorrectly passed off blame to whom was responsible for the true issue which the Revdex.com was contacted forAfter being seen by the therapist over months passed before said therapist wrote the report I had paid for to be writtenThey agency reffered to in the response, which is NJ State Parole, has nothing to do with the unacceptable amount of time which passed before they were provided with a copy of the reportThere is no vaild justification for the therapist to take so long to write the reportI have had the exact same evaluation done other times by other therapists, and only one to two weeks was needed to write the report which I paid for and then be submitted to NJ State ParoleI was not referencing trying to obtain a copy of the report in the complaint I filed with Revdex.com as it would have been impossible to be given a copy of a report which had yet to be writtenThe sole complaint was for the fact after months the report had yet to be written.Once again this response did not address the complaint that I the customer paid for a service and after months that service had yet to be provided Regards, [redacted]

I tried to reach you by phone without successI am advised email is the preferred response method for responding to Revdex.com inquiriesThis situation is delicate due to the nature of the report and the other agencies involved with this clientOur typical process is that the agency involved with a

I am rejecting this response because:The response given not only twisted the nature of the complaint they also incorrectly passed off blame to whom was responsible for the true issue which the Revdex.com was contacted for. After being seen by the therapist over 5 months passed before said therapist wrote the report I had paid for to be written. They agency reffered to in the response, which is NJ State Parole, has nothing to do with the unacceptable amount of time which passed before they were provided with a copy of the report. There is no vaild justification for the therapist to take so long to write the report. I have had the exact same evaluation done 2 other times by 2 other therapists, and only one to two weeks was needed to write the report which I paid for and then be submitted to NJ State Parole. I was not referencing trying to obtain a copy of the report in the complaint I filed with Revdex.com as it would have been impossible to be given a copy of a report which had yet to be written. The sole complaint was for the fact after 5 months the report had yet to be written.Once again this response did not address the complaint that I the customer paid for a service and after 5 months that service had yet to be provided.
