Review: company gives a savings card to doctors to encourage use of their drug. Patients are supposed to get a rebate of up to $50.00 on prescriptions. They fail to mention that the co-pay must be over $50.00 even by $.01 to be eligible. This is done to encourage people to stay with their drug even after the rebate program is over.Desired Settlement: Company needs to explain qualifications better in their advertising and train drug representatives to explain more to doctors.
