Love Amy's All Natural Soaps/superior products! I order online all the time as needed. Her customer service is awesome! Amy always ensures satisfaction! She is NOT Amazon Prime or some big company, which means you may have to be patient with your order/holidays/small business/! I have been using these soaps and shea butters exclusively /including dog soap/ for at least 5 years!
I did not receive the product I ordered.I ordered soap from Amy's All Natural on May 25, 2013. I paid by credit card. I was charged for the order. When I did not receive my order by the end of June I called Amy at XXX-XXX-XXXX but did not hear back. I sent her an e-mail on July 6th and left another voice mail message on July 8th. I have had no response from her and I have not received my order. My transaction ID is 4DXXXXXXBXXXXXXXX. The total cost of my order was $65.49 CAD Desired SettlementI would either like my order shipped to me or my money refunded. The total cost of my refund should be $65.49 CAD.
