Dear Revdex.com:Customer vehicle was towed to our shop from dealer. Per customer approval the vehicle transmission was overh[redacted]ed. Sheila picked up the vehicle on 12/11/15 and signed off on the satisfactory repairs. She wrote a check for $800.00 and her warrant company "[redacted]" paid $1,500.00. Our warranty...

was for 12month/12,000 miles.On or about February 10, 2016 they returned the vehicle stating the transmission was damaged due to being stuck in the snow which they admitted to doing which nullified our warranty.We gave the customer the option to pay $700.00 to cover the parts required to re-build the damaged transmission again which they declined. We then offered to fix it free of charge but the warranty would be voided and they chose to take the car.We view the requested settlement totally unsubstantiated and uncalled for as the transmission was repaired in a work like manner and in good working order when delivered to customer.Sincerely, Max S

Review: I have been a loyal customer of Amys Country Candles. I have been thrilled with their products and have praised their candles to all my friends and family. Unfortunately, I recently purchased a defective candle. This candle did not burn evenly, and put itself out on 2 occasions! Ive never had this happen with my other Amys Candles. I brought this candle to an Amys country candles retail store and advised of the issue and requested an exchange. I was told a "burn test" would have to be conducted and I left my candle. The next day, an employee emailed and advised the candle did not in fact burn evenly. Since that burn test and the admission by the employee that she also found the candle to be defective, I have struggled to receive a response to my request for an exchange. I have always been a loyal customer and the lack of customer service on the company's part is very disappointing. I also have all the email correspondence between myself and the company, including the initial email where the employee who conducted the "burn test" found my candle concern to be a valid one. I would be more than happy to supply these emails to the Revdex.com to help resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like an exchange of the mason sized candle.
