Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This email is a prime example of how this business conducts themselvesThey continue to reference my job, when this has nothing to do with my employmentIn the email that was attached I was threaten by a civil suit and my job being contacted because I chose to exercise my consumer rightsHaving said that again I did NOT sign a rental agreement NOR did I book anything onlinePutting in a simple search for cabins in said area does not mean I agreed to your termsWhen I spoke to your company and my monies were taken the cancellation fee was not mentionedWhen I received the first email I immediately called your company even that email didn't contain information about a cancellation feeWhat I can "afford" and my job isn't the issue at handAlso accusing me of participating in lewd behavior and if that was a concern, you were still reserving my stay and took the depositNow after I choose to voice and document my concerns you are attacking my character and my integrityProvided I was not fully informed of your fees and you were given a month notice I am requesting the remaining amountLastly after I responded to Mikes's long accusatory email I have not made any contact with your company via email or by phoneI have every email that was sent none disclosing what you are claiming Regards, [redacted] ***

We're done responding to your complaintWe will not issue a refund, and we explained repeatedly in numerous emailsWe also entertained the complaint with the Revdex.com, and all you're doing now is repeating the issueWe will pursue you in a civil manner in our county should our name be used libelously and erroneously, or if you harass us as you did in the past even after you were asked to stopAlmost every lodging company has the same policies regarding cancellations

I am rejecting this response becauseI am not harassing anyone so you can stop accusing me of doing soYour company has accused me of several things that aren't true up to contacting my jobIs this how you handle every customer whatever the case may be I am not discussing any other "lodging company"My issue is with your lack of accountability and professionalism as a "business"Every email that I have DOES NOT support what you are sayingThe last email I received was full of accusations and threats that you still haven't acknowledgedIf you can't provide accurate information others need to be aware of what they will faceContacting the Revdex.com hopefully they will read all emails and deal with your "business" accordingly

My response will be short, sweet, and to the point. [redacted] By your own admission you utilized our website, conducted a search, and received an email from us. By using our website you agreed to our terms of service included in this link, and the contents of the rental agreement also included in...

the terms of service. You were refunded all the appropriate monies, and we have closed the transaction. You have chosen to continually harass me and my staff electronically even after being advised to discontinue. Being in Law enforcement your now appearing to give us an abuse of power case, and seem to think that your now above the letter of the law. My response is the same as it was to you before, and in this platform as well. I'm sorry that you can't afford to pay the cancellation fee policy that you agreed to when using our site, and making the subsequent reservation over the phone. We have refunded you what your entitled to by your own acknowledgement, and attached a receipt. Here is and excerpt once again of the cancellation policy, and the rental agreement is attached. CANCELLATIONS – A $175 cancellation / administrative fee is charged for ANY reservation that is cancelled after booking with AmZ Getaways, Inc, additionally the non-refundable $69 accidental damage insurance fee that is paid to insurance once a booking is made. Cancellations for short-term rentals must be made two (2) weeks in advance or you will lose your deposit and one night’s rental. All cancellations will be recorded in a logbook as to date and time of cancellation. There are no special circumstances involved in the cancellation process. Reservations are not contingent upon availability or conditions of the water, weather, or recreational facilities, including but not limited to the Comal, Guadalupe River, San Marcos River, Insects, wildlife, or Schlitterbahn. There will be NO REFUNDS for shortened stays. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If you can't provide accurate information others need to be aware of what they will face. Contacting the Revdex.com hopefully they will read all emails and deal with your "business" accordingly
