I explained to him that our estimate was only good for 30 days, and that I would Haven to come out and reevaluate the job. After going back 2 more times for different change he wanted...

Now it seems he just doesn't want to pay, looking for excuses. If anyone looks at our over all reviews will find we are a reputable, conscientious company, that care about our reputation. Now he says they're not happy. We called  him and told him that we'll put a lien on his house if they don't pay. We did a good job and he just needs to pay us. He can even pay the $375.00 amount.
