I placed an order from Boardwalk Buy for Christmas I never received my product I have emailed the company several times and have received no response Funny part is they still manage to send me their daily emails about their DEALS [redacted] **

I ordered fairy lights from *** deals, no response other than they are looking into why my order has not been receivedTracking number given to me is invalid with Canada post.***Lights were paid for but has been almost a month and still have not arrived

I ordered and paid for a build on *** *** mug on December 14, It was supposed to be shipped within hours On December 21, 2016, I received notification via *** messenger that the order was on its way They created a shipping label, but as of today, December 29, 2016, the product has not mad it to the post office*** *** *** ***

I have no idea who they are, and was charged $10.00 for what I don't know.

Items ordered Dec 15 with a maximum of 10 day shipping to my destination. No promised updates and my order information online still stated my order is "getting ready". Phone numbers don't work. don't answer messages. [redacted]
