Not trying to scam anyoneClient is owed the money I don't have itI've been trying to play catch up for some time now and in light of the recent negative press, I won't be doing any further estate salesI will however be initiating legal action against those who breached their contract and/or caused damage to an elegant estate saleI will also continue to seek funds to pay those I am indebted toI am sorry I hav been unable to fulfill my contractual obligations the [redacted] familyThey are very nice people and have been more than patient with my companyI will continue to keep the [redacted] family updated on my progress in acquiring their funds
On Nov- 18, 2012, An Elegant Estate Sale conducted an estate sale at my house at [redacted] **From that sale and further sales of my furnishings at other sites, An Elegant Estate Sale stated that they owed me $8, In Sept2013, An Elegant Estate Sale gave me their promissory note which promised to pay me the amount due over the next few months at 4% interestOnly $3,was ever paidAccording to the contract and promissory note, An Elegant Estate Sale owes me more than $6,No payments since May,

On Nov. 16 - 18, 2012, An Elegant Estate Sale conducted an estate sale at my house at [redacted]. From that sale and further sales of my furnishings at other sites, An Elegant Estate Sale stated that they owed me $8,213.31. In Sept. 2013, An Elegant Estate Sale gave me their promissory note which promised to pay me the amount due over the next few months at 4% interest. Only $3,000 was ever paid. According to the contract and promissory note, An Elegant Estate Sale owes me more than $6,200. No payments since May, 2014.
