I hope that this is assistance to others who may be reviewing this as to our position towards the consumer. After 15 years in business our current/potential customers have and will always maintain complete Control of whether or not they purchase our supply items. Irregardless of any concerns or issues the consumer may have with the representatives has no impact on their right to cancel, refuse, or reconsignment privledges. Our products have and will continue to be shipped upfront no charge including shipping fees thus offering zero liability to the consumer. This is something that the majority of all companies no longer extend that our current/potential customers really appreciate to insure complete purchasing flexibility such as terms that fit their budget needs or relieving them of feeling they have to defend themselves from any miscommunications concerns they may have experienced with the representative. These policies have been extremely beneficial to the effectiveness of our customer service all these years and the success of fulfilling our customer supply needs. I hope this is of assistance to others who may be reviewing this. We would not be celebrating our 15h year if we were not accommodating the consumer. An Rae Services

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This does not address my concerns.  An-Rae services represented themselves to me as my "local" hospital which they are not.  If my financial secretary and myself had not paid close attention to the first bill, it may have been paid thinking I was helping my "local" hospital.  In my opinion, this company is nothing more than a con-artist trying to catch people unaware.
