Irregardless of any concerns or issues the consumer may have with the representatives has no impact on their right to cancel, refuse, or reconsignment privledges. Our products have and will continue to be shipped upfront no charge including shipping fees thus offering zero liability to the consumer. This is something that the majority of all companies no longer extend that our current/potential customers really appreciate to insure complete purchasing flexibility such as terms that fit their budget needs or relieving them of feeling they have to defend themselves from any miscommunications concerns they may have experienced with the representative. These policies have been extremely beneficial to the effectiveness of our customer service all these years and the success of fulfilling our customer supply needs. This does not address my concerns. An-Rae services represented themselves to me as my "local" hospital which they are not. If my financial secretary and myself had not paid close attention to the first bill, it may have been paid thinking I was helping my "local" hospital. In my opinion, this company is nothing more than a con-artist trying to catch people unaware.
