An Remodeling

Review: I hired an remodeling to do a few small jobs at my house. There were to fix an cover a few cracks and paint a room and ceiling. After the job was done and I was putting thing ack in my room I noticed they left damage to the wall above my window. I have contact them and he said he would come look at it and nothing he refuses to answer my emails and calls. After I started putting things back I also noticed the left 2 broken outlet covers. The ceiling fan remote he replaced in my room is mal functioning and need to be returned to lowes but he does not give me the recepit.(he really should remove and replace since product is defective. A light he fixed for me has also already burned out and not working. His emails says he is insured and bonded but he does not reply to me at all. Since I have been trying for over a month I would like for this to be fixed this week or half of what I paid him returned so I can get someone else that maybe knows what they are doing to come and fix these issues caused by him.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to either come and fix these issues or pay me back 1000.00 which is about half of what I had paid him so I can go look for a contractor that knows what they are doing to come and fix these things.
