I gave MrErik DeGeorgio (DeGeorgio Contracting [redacted] ***) a check for $3,on December 17, 2015, to buy materials to replace both my home and garage roofs, He was to start this job on January 4, 2016, I'm sorry that this farther passed at that time, but it has been months and all he has done is have [redacted] deliver a dumpster and but a old raggedy tarp on my garageI have called him numerous times and he has only return my call once asking me for an additional $1,for materials to do my garage, the total cost he gave me was less then $5,I have filed with the NYS Attorney General, MrDegeorgio told them he would pay me back when I contacted him about the payment he yelled that he was in touch with the Attorney General and that thing would go at their pace, and that I was a [redacted] wimpy old [redacted] that wasn’t going to do anything and that he would choke the life out of me
