I'm at the dentist office and I must say it has been a very positive experience! From the warm greeting given by Erika to the gentle hands of the DrMy anxiety was quickly settled by the super friendly staff Not to mention Dr Cluff seems to keep up with the latest technology, based on the informative videos showing in the waiting roomPlus I see computers in the rooms which seem to be connected to the equipment Plus they offer wi-fi, lip balm, neck pillows, blankets, bottled water, fans, wet towelettes, and nitrous oxide for your comfort I haven't asked for all the amenities but it's posted in each room just in caseSo I'm sure it's legit Anyway, it was a better experience than I've had with ANY dental office I've been to in the pastSo I highly recommend it when the need arisesIf this were an app I'd give our stars! Well worth the trip!

I'm going through some personal battles with depression..I apologize to DrCluff and her staffShe's a good dentist and I made a lousy patient who took advantage of their services.

The patient in question has continuously failed to show up to his appointments and seems to have low commitment to his treatment with us. From the time that he became a patient of our practice, we notified him about our 48 hour cancellation policy, though he continuously either cancelled the day of his appointments, or simply no showed without explanation. We never charged him late fees and tried our best to work with him, even though he ignored our payment and cancellation policies. In 2009, after not paying his balance, with multiple attempts from us to collect, we were forced to send his account to collections. At this point, he made his first complaint to the Revdex.com over being sent to collections for his remaining balance. Afterwards, he decided to apologize to us and paid the balance in full, almost a year after he was originally billed. Despite these issues, I continued to accept him as a patient at this point. Again, we explained that we require 48 hour notice to cancel appointments. The patient continued to cancel and no show to his appointments, with another 8 month period (8/12- 4/13) in which he did not pay his remaining balance for treatment already rendered. With a total of at least 8 appointments we have on file that the patient cancelled and failed to show, I decided to give him the opportunity to find another dentist that better suits his schedule, so that he can more adequately attend to his treatment. I can whole-heartedly say that my staff and I did the best we could to help him, but at this point, I believe it is in his best interests to find a dentist more suited to his needs and schedule.

Review: I have been a patient of Dr. Cluff for sometime, I have also referred people to her practice. Recently I had to reschedule an appointment. Her office contacted me on Tuesday Feb 12 to confirm my appointment for that Thursday Feb. 13; I called them back and told them that I had to reschedule my appointment and was assured by the office manger that it was alright and I could come in April 3. I hung up satisfied thinking that all was well. I have had extractions, crowns, deep cleanings and cavities performed at her practice and have been really pleased with her ability as a dentist to minimize pain. Thursday I received a letter from Dr. Cluff informing me that she couldn't provide services for me anymore, because I have missed "several appointments." I understand it's Dr. Cluff's right to refuse service, but I think her waiver forms should indicate her policy of dropping patients because they miss appointments...it should be in writing, or at the very least a word of warning should be provided to patients that they have reached their max on missed appointments. I have found her behavior to be completely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I don't want any settlements, I just want Dr. Cluff to understand that her behavior was completely unacceptable. I think other patients should be forewarned of her policy of refusing service if they miss appointments.
