Believe the reviews. HORRIBLE to work with and even worse quality of work. I wanted a vinyl coated fence-part of it is. They spray painted the rest. Why? They didn’t have enough materials so they took other materials and spray painted it black. Robert is rude, condescending, and untruthful. He put rocks under the side gate (see pictures) to make it “look better” since he didn’t realize our side yard slope, which meant he didn’t order the right type of gate. The dog kennel they added didn’t close right because the hinges were put on wrong. My husband and son in law had to fix that mess. I complained the other gates weren’t level. Robert argued with me and sarcastically said maybe he should have used a level. I agreed and got one only to prove they weren’t level. The 10’ gate doesn’t close right because of their installation.

Brace yourself when you complain or question anything because Robert is very defensive. I will never recommend this company. He was ordering a gate to fix his error (which we have to pay for even though he messed it up). He stated it’d be in last week. I didn’t hear from him. I texted. He said he’d call the company. He has no clue when it’ll be in. He has yet to tell me one truth.

When I called him out via text on some lies, his immediate response was he was coming to get materials and not doing the job. This guy is a piece of work. Stay away from this company. He will also lie and tell you he knows there are bad reviews and they brought him on to fix all the issue. HE IS THE ISSUE don’t believe his lies.

OH when you see a praising review from Robert Abbott-another LIE. He’s the “operations” manager with ANA. So he wrote his own review to boost their credibility.

My first meeting with Robert was great. We went over everything and I gave him half the cost of the project to secure a date. It was downhill from there. The project was to start in September of 2020 but"because of Covid" didn't get under way for 2 months. The fence was installed crooked and Robert tried to convince me that I wanted the fence not straight but to follow the terrain. I didn't buy that and had him fix it. The hinge of the garden gate was so weak that the gate collapsed and the locking mechanism now does not work. Then there was the driveway gate... He was to install an automatic driveway gate. The gate was ugly with the wood slats not lining up with the fence and the gate kept jumping off the hinge falling flat on the side at times. Robert tried to convince me that it was vandalism when I convinced him otherwise with video footage of the gate being blown off by the wind damaging the motor. He then made me pay extra for a more powerful motor, installed it and the same thing happened. He then decided that he had to make a stronger hinge all the while the posts supporting the gate were splitting and the gates kept falling. My neighbors asked for the name of the company so they don't ever make the mistake of using them. Throughout this whole ordeal there was a lack of responsiveness and many lies and accusations. Unasked, Robert came and picked up the gate because I told him the I had to keep baby sitting it when it would fall. He picked up the automatic opener and the manual key. I tried to get a refund for the gate and it's components and the next thing I heard was that Robert was in a serious accident and the phone number is no longer his and they have no idea of what's going on, all this after Ashley was to meet with the accountant two months ago to figure the amount of my refund. I had to have a new gate fabricated and my current contractor cannot reach them to get the components to attach the motor to the new gate and the remote controls which I payed for and have not been refunded. All in all Robert and this company displayed the worst in workmanship and customer service plus they have my property for which I need to be reimbursed. Throughout this whole ordeal I was very patient, giving him all the time and extra money he needed to complete the job. This patience was met with dodginess, not answering texts and rude and contemptuous responses when we did communicate. People like this should not be allowed to deal with the public and I do not recommend this business at all.

This company was advertised though Home Advisor.
We contracted Ana Fence to replace a fence for us, Giving them $3440.00 as a down payment date 8/19/19. Total cost for the job was $5440.00.
Robert from this company came out several times to met with us . He gave us an install date of August 28th and 29th ,Then gave us another date of September 2,2019 , then September 5, 2019
We contacted an attorney with Okoon Hintermeister who had contact with this Company on our behalf to resovled this issue for us, We asked this Company to complete the job or to give us a money back. {NO ResultS}
