I ordered a flower arrangement over the internet to be delivered the next day. Upon payment, charged directly to my credit card, I received an order confirmation and invoice, in which there is a link to follow-up on the order status. Since then, the info on the follow-up page has not changed, the recipients have not acknowledged arrival of the flowers. On the day of the supposed delivery I sent an e-mail requesting confirmation of delivery and never received any answer. I tried several times to call but receive a recording that "the person you try to reach is not accepting calls at this time".

Delivery I would like to receive proof of delivery from the business as well as an explanation of the absence/delay in response to my emails/calls.
The flowers were finally delivered on thursday 30 JAN 2020 instead of monday 27 JAN 2020. They were left at the door since recipients were not home that day. I did never receive any contact or explanation from the flowershop. Their webpage for tracing the order continues without change, indicating as delivery date 26 JAN 2020.
Lousy service, late delivery, but to me case is closed. Thank you.
