I returned to the Avispa shop in Great Falls for a redo on both the eyebrows and the eye Liner The eyebrows redo was many
hours and painful and to date, they are still extremely too Dark The eye liner has worn off again They would not give me a refund,
only will keep doing the redosNot interested in any more work done there Twice was too many timesThank You,

This client received her eyebrow and eyeliner permanent
markup on June 13, after signing a release form which states: “I
understand the permanent skin pigmentation procedure carries with it
possible
complications and consequences associated with this type of cosmetic procedure,
including but not limited to: infection, scarring, inconsistent color, pigment
migration and spreading, fanning, or fading of pigments. I understand the actual color of pigment may be
modified slightly due to the tone and color of my skin. I fully understand this is a tattoo process
and therefore not a science but an art.
I request the permanent skin pigmentation procedure(s), and accept the
permanence of the procedure as well as the possible complications and
consequences of the said procedure(s). X

She was told to return in week for follow up touch
up. But she called and requested an
earlier appointment stating her eyebrow color is too dark and not fading but her eyeliner
has faded too much.
She was told that the skin needs weeks to heal but
since she insisted we made her an appointment on July 7th only to proof to her that skin was still peeling and needed to wait till totally repaired, so she was given Friday July appointment.
She called and canceled on the same day which according our policy entails
a $fee for less than hour cancellation regardless of the reason. Then made an appointment for Monday July 21th
but again cancelled on the same day for being sick and made an
appointment for July and came in a company of a gentleman to speak for
her They asked for another appointment with a different permanent makeup artist
as second opinion, so got another appointment for August 4th. But she called on the same day basis again today and said she has called on Friday to cancel and someone was supposed to call
her back to reschedule
We do not have money back guaranty policy or we will work
for free all the time so our business can’t accept that request But we strive for customer satisfaction therefore will extend extra treatments to insure her satisfaction with her permanent make
up treatment
