On the day the customer came to pick up her dressShe walked in and said if my dress is not ready I want my money deposited and materialsPrior to her knowledge of the status of the dress, With consideration of my previous experience with this customer I decided not to work with her at this time I called the ***-and told her I would not be working with this client because she would cause excessive attention to her and like before just waist her timeDuo to the fact [redacted] was loosing weight she was asked to come in for one extra fittingsShe choose to come in when their was other fitting or when she was not due for such fitting on her ownI completed dresses of the same dress for the rest of the party before the weddingOne from the Bay area whom had no extra fitting other than the initial oneShe came on the day of the wedding put the dress on and said it was lovelyI noticed she had time to arrange her make up out-side in the parking lot I only though she must have had extra time to make the touch up's [redacted] had completed 90% of [redacted] 's dress [redacted] returned later that day with the [redacted] to be and had an extensive talk with [redacted] and the [redacted] agreed with [redacted] that their was not a thing wrong with the dressSpeaking for [redacted] the ***,asked [redacted] if [redacted] could buy the dress the way it was for dollars and ***'s response was noThey leftMinutes later [redacted] returned with her Husband and asked if she could buy the unfinished dress for so [redacted] agreed to sell it to herIf [redacted] had been in her right mind she would have waited to have the dress completed by [redacted] it would have been a much better result for her [redacted] would like to return her the moneys but she was rude and tried to defame ***'Alterations with her comments [redacted] has been in business for years and plans on continuing for a long time [redacted] for [redacted]

I will not refund you any monies for the work I didFor statements and defamationNo one else complainedI got more than three complements and so you can see for your self I am including this photos of the wedding. This shows you in the dress you claimed you did not to wearThe dress was not completed by me and you had plenty of time to take it to someone else for completionI offered to finish the dress my self and you refusedAll of your complaints was directing to attempt to getting your money back for work that was done. I never claimed I didn't wear the dressI said I had to have another shop fix it because *** said she could no longer do the workThank god by the way, oh and the picture of the guy and the girl are of her son and his girlfriend, so of course her dress looked niceWish I could say the same for the rest of themIf I didn't get my dress salvaged at another shop, mine probably would have looked a lot worse! But it shouldn't matter what I looked like in the dress after I got it fixedThat is not the pointThe point is she didn't make the correct dress to begin with!!!

Consumer states: When she screwed up the wedding dresses I knew this was a mistakeShe said that she was "sorry and she could fix it"That is not a point, if she could not do it then you should not say that you could do itHer word means a lot to us and it was just a disasterThe Bride told her that the dress was not rightIt looked like I had pocketsI am still requesting my money backHow many more people's weddings is she going to ruinIf you cannot do it then don't commit to itMy dress was dirty and I did not even get to wear itI contacted the Attorney General's officeI am still contacting the people that had their dresses tooShe did not offer any apologies at allShe only accepts cash and she refunded
