way she wanted her cake to look and we attempted to provide that look. The problem is, we do all work by hand. These are not computer generated products and they do not come out like a picture. I am rejecting this response because: written communication is clearly understood instead of "he said she said" Pictures of my grand daughter's first birthday party with a $POORLY made birthday cake will forever be a disappointing reminderI sincerely regret my decision to have selected Ana's Mexican Bakery in baking the cake they should of told me that the baker was not knowledgeable Money was more important instead of being truthfulI believe the resolution is stated with the complaint
