April 5, 2016Dear [redacted] ***,I am responding to you regarding your letterI apologize for not responding sooner, I was away on vacationYour letter is the only letter I have received regarding this matterI have been in business for over years, My company has enjoyed a very good reputation in the Philadelphia area specifically in the Healthcare fieldWe are well known among surgical centersWe are also a member in good standing with PASA (Pennsylvania Ambulatory Surgical Association)Many of their members are clients of AmagoAlso, as you can verify, we have always maintained a very good standing with the Revdex.com, In regards to this specific complaint against Anago, I have net with the client on more than one occasionAll of [redacted] 's complaints were verbal and never identified to meWe found no evidence of poor quality workmanshipFurther, the client refused to follow the terms of our service agreement which states the client must detail their issues in writingFrom there, Amago has days to cure any defectsThis never happened, The client made unilateral decisions with no regard to Anago, Our franchisees are trained and certified in Terminal cleaning of Operating roomsThey are all OSHA certified as well as keep current on their annual renewal of BBP (blood borne pathogen) certification.Further our clients include E [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] Anago cannot maintain clients as I have mentioned if we were not proficient in this filed, I would be happy to discuss this further with you, Also, if you would like a copy of the signed service agreement between our two companies, please let me know.Sincerely,Dominic T.President
