Review: In July early August I had booked this Hotel on expedia, it was a book now pay later deal. After a few days and reading reviews and looking at pictures I had decided to cancel the reservation. I called the hotel and they told me ok no problem just call Expedia, however not the nicest people in the world. I couldn't get through to expedia so I figured I'd be fine because I had done this last year with a different hotel and never got charged. It was my last day on my vacation and I checked my email and noticed I had an email from my bank saying my account was over drafted. I checked my statement online and sure enough the hotel had charged me. After calling the hotel and talking to a very unpleasant woman she told me Expedia does not erase credit card information until they tell them to do so. Not only that, there wasn't a manager on duty , nor has there been the 20 times I've called them since I've been home. It's been over two weeks, I've been struggling with bills since I got home. When I finally talked to someone of higher standing at Expedia they said it was definitely the hotel that charged me , not Expedia. I've never been treated so badly before, or felt hopeless about an issues. Just today I called and got hung up on, twice. It all seems very shady to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my $369.00 back that was taken out of my account, I would ask for the money that has put me so behind on bills but I'd rather just get back my money and forgot this horrible experience. I don't complain much, I work in customer service so I understand but I've never had to go through the hoops like this.

Review: The hotel contained bed bugs.Desired Settlement: Make them, and other customers aware of the problem and have it fixed!

I would like to offer 25% discount on her next stay here if they want to stay here and I do apologize about what happen as we took over on the 1 of February so I don't know what happen.
