Frustrated! Where we are sitting not all of us can see the goal, my husband was leaning forward to see and the guy behind us told him to sit back at which time he missed the goal. We spent more than we should but our kids are visiting and we wanted to make this a family Christmas present. Let’s hope he can lean to see more. I’m headed down soon to see if we can move. This is not the place to go unless you can afford good seats. The average joe is out of luck!
I didn’t ask to move because the family didn’t want me to but I went to speak to someone who called a manager who then said he would try and move us. A good customer service moment.

Review: The team store does not give refunds, but has no signs posted anywhere saying that is their policy. They will only give store credit which requires you to keep this little slip of paper and not lose it. This is also not posted anywhere in the store. You do not know that you can not get a refund until AFTER you purchase something. I would have never purchased what I did had I known a refund would not be available if it didn't work out. I have no problem with the "no refund" policy IF it is posted in the store so I am aware of it ahead of time. But, this policy is not posted anywhere, soI want my money back!Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the items I purchased and returned.
