On 4/19/Ms [redacted] 's Toyota Camry was impounded by us for the Placentia Police Department due to expired registration Ms [redacted] was very upset when she came to pick up her carShe was loud, aggressive and made derogatory comments to our employees The police report (form 180) states 'scratches and dings' on both sides of vehicle The parking spaces at our lot are regulation size per police specifications We have been in business a long time, have a good reputation, and service many law enforcement agenciesOur employees are long-term trained customer service professionals and diffused the situation as best they could, but they are never required to take verbal or any form of abuse from customers We do not have any record from the police department of her complaint We would have been happy to have a manager look at Ms [redacted] 's vehicle another time after she had calmed down, but it's been over months now and we cannot ascertain any fault for prior or current damage to her vehicle at this time We are sorry she is not happy
