In regards of Complaint ID#***, this customer brought a Watch with the minute and hour hands out and was charged only for that work, he was told that if it didn't work with the hands on, we will
give him an estimate on the repair, he agreed and left the watchLuckily the watch worked, but after a few weeks he brought it back, this time the watch needed a movement replacement, but he insisted he already paid for it last timeThe price for a new movement is $39, depending on the watch, sometimes little more or less, and we charge around $to set the hands back, if he had the watch fixed before it was for completely different reasonsThe only thing I can do to help at this point, is to give him credit for the $15, and charge the difference for $and fix the watch for him,Hoping that we can get a solution to this matter,Sincerely,
