I presented a receipt with my name on it for one of two rooms then I video called my mother who showed I'd and credit cardThey told me to wait in the parking lot for hoursIt was over degrees and I am recovering from brain surgeryAfter my mother complained and informed thee manager about everything instead of receiving an apology we were retaliated against by having room service forget to make up our roomsThis is a direct violation of the ADA and you have made no effort whatsoever to resolve.
