Review: We have stayed at this resort several times. We had reservations for November 15, 16, and 17th with plans to go to Disneyland. I ([redacted]'s wife) am having a neurological issue and we had to cancel. We were told they will not refund our money because we did not give them 2 weeks notice. We didn't have 2 weeks notice! I have an appointment with a neurologist today. I can't walk far without becoming light headed, so Disneyland is not possible at this time. My husband, [redacted] called back and asked them to wave this expense due to our extenuating circumstances and they responded, "sorry, but that's already been processed". I believe they should make an exception, especially since we've been customers before. I think it is very poor customer relations, and does not encourage us to stay with them in future.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of our deposit of $64.40.
