Review: I was disappointed when the food I ordered was not prepared as requested and we did not get checked on till approximately 25 mins. Later.The asst manager checked on us so that's when I advised him of the issue. They brought out another filet but by that time everyone in my party finished their meal.As we exited I tried to explain to [redacted] he refused to apologize and stated we dont need your business.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology letter from the asst manager and a refund.
