I changed my address with Analytics Consulting on June 17th which was six days prior to checks being mailedAdditionally I have a forwarding address from my previous address which would have forward it to my PO BoxI faxed (July 14th 2015) Analytics Consulting a full letter which contained my new address once again, and indicated I had not received my settlement
In addition I mailed a copy of the letter to Analytics Consulting and my attorneys on record through priority mailThe resolution to this issue is very simplePlease mail the settlement that your firm has been contracted to distribute at your earliest possible convenience

Analytics is in receipt of complaint *** which relates to a settlement between DeVry and the Federal Trade Commission. Analytics specializes in the administration of settlements and similar programsinvolving notification, contact centers, claims processing, and fund distribution
Analytics is a neutral, third-party administrator engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of this settlement and does not have the authority to act outside of its termsAnalytics sent the complainant’s check via FedEx on February 5, Our tracking records indicate that the check has been delivered and was cashed on February 7,

I am rejecting this response because: “…does not have authority to act outside of its terms.” But immediately after I filed a complaint with Revdex.com, FTC, and threatened to contact my local media, they were able to cut and check and mind you Fedex the check overnight! Doesn’t make sense to me whatsoever! You wasted my time following up month over month for long months and I did not even get an apology from a single representative of the company

the complaint.  I think they should implement a new system for all those affected to view the exact current claim status and projected payment date (window) in the future so claimants no longer have to call in every month for a year- to a year and a half. That's the right thing to do.Thank you.
