I had re-opened her wedding galleries and offered her a $50.00 coupon to print up any photographs she wanted from the links. She did not use the coupon. I also issued her a coupon so she could download all the galleries. She did not use the coupon or download the links

Review: I contracted with Ananda Satya in 2012 to photograph my wedding on August 18, 2012.The agreement was that she would photograph my wedding for a certain amount of time and provide specific photo products for an agreed upon price.Ananda did not stay to photograph my wedding for the agreed upon time. She had scheduled a Dr's appointment that she claimed she needed to attend. She left shortly after the ceremony.Ananda has not provided me or my husband with any of the photo products that we described in the agreement that we signed and paid for.Ananda has made may claims to her lack of health or time. She has not provided any of the photos or photo albums that were promised in the agreement.She has also made several claims that she would "look into it" or send things out to me. None of these commitments have been kept.I've been more than patient. My husband and I do not have photos to review from our wedding day. We cannot share memories of our special day amongst ourselves or with any of our family members such as our children or parents.Desired Settlement: Wedding photographs are a once in a lifetime opportunity. This particular wedding day will never happen again. It will be impossible to relive the events as a few members of the wedding party are now deceased.Some of the memories of these individuals were shared in these photos. I would like to have the complete package that we purchased as well as a full refund.
