I will not refund you any monies for the work I did. For false statements and defamation. No one else complained. I got more than three complements and so you can see for your self I am including this photos of the wedding. This shows you in the dress you claimed you did not to wear. The dress was not completed by me and you  had plenty of time to take it to someone else for completion. I offered to finish the dress my self and you refused. All of your complaints was directing to attempt to getting  your money back for work that was done. Please grow up. [redacted]

I never claimed I didn't wear the dress. I said I had to have another shop fix it because [redacted] said she could no longer do the work. Thank god by the way, oh and the picture of the guy and the girl are of her son and his girlfriend, so of course her dress looked nice. Wish I could say the same for the rest of them. If I didn't get my dress salvaged at another shop, mine probably would have looked a lot worse! But it shouldn't matter what I looked like in  the dress after I got it fixed. That is not the point... The point is she didn't make the correct dress to begin with!!!

Consumer states: When she screwed up the wedding dresses I knew this was a mistake. She said that she was "sorry and she could fix it". That is not a point, if she could not do it then you should not say that you could do it. Her word means a lot to us and it was just a disaster. The Bride told her that the dress was not right. It looked like I had pockets. I am still requesting my money back. How many more people's weddings is she going to ruin. If you cannot do it then don't commit to it. My dress was dirty and I did not even get to wear it. I contacted the Attorney General's office. I am still contacting the 9 people that had their dresses too. She did not offer any apologies at all. She only accepts cash and she refunded.

On the day the customer came to pick up her dress. She walked in and said if my dress is not ready I want my money deposited and materials. Prior to her knowledge of the status of the dress, With consideration of my previous experience with this customer I decided not to work with her at this time....

I called the [redacted]-to-be and told her I would not be working with this client because she would cause excessive attention to her and like before just waist her time. Duo to the fact [redacted] was loosing weight she was asked to come in for one extra fittings. She choose to come in when their was other fitting or when she was not due for such fitting on her own. I completed 12 dresses of the same dress for the rest of the party before the wedding. One from the Bay area whom had no extra fitting other than the initial one. She came on the day of the wedding put the dress on and said it was lovely. I noticed she had time to arrange her make up out-side in the parking lot I only though she must have had extra time to make the touch up's [redacted] had completed 90% of [redacted]'s dress. [redacted] returned later that day with the [redacted] to be and had an extensive talk with [redacted] and the [redacted] agreed with [redacted] that their was not a thing wrong with the dress. Speaking for [redacted] the [redacted],asked [redacted] if [redacted] could buy the dress the way it was for 40.00 dollars and [redacted]'s response was no. They left. Minutes later [redacted] returned with her Husband and asked if she could buy the unfinished dress for 60.00 so [redacted] agreed to sell it to her. If [redacted] had been in her right mind she would have waited to have the dress completed by [redacted] it would have been a much better result for her. [redacted] would like to return her the moneys but she was rude and tried to defame [redacted]'Alterations with her comments. [redacted] has been in business for years and plans on continuing for a long time. [redacted] for [redacted]

Review: Refund for bridesmaid dress owner never fulfilled our agreement. My dress wasn't complete in time for wedding. I had to purchase unfinish dress from her the day before to pay another shop money to fix all of her mistakes. The dress was stained before I even got to wear it in the wedding. The dress smelled because of shop owners pets. I never recommend anyone go there the owner [redacted] is rude,save yourself the trouble and go to Becky's custom sewing down the street.Desired Settlement: Owner promised a bridesmaid dress to be made by 10-18-2014. Dress was not finished I had to pay $60.00 for unfinish dress. Owner refused to finish my dress she messed my dress up. Had to pay another shop $60.00 to salvage what was left of the bridesmaid dress so that I could still be in the wedding with the same dress as everyone else. Terrible customer service I had to miss work on 3 different occasion to be fitted. All the gas I wasted driving to her shop on 6 different occasions. F

Review: Pants dropped off for alteration 06/20/13 & was promised pants to be ready 6/25/13. On 6/25/13 note on store that they are closed till 07/15/13.

I dropped off grey slack pants for alterations at Ana's alterations 06/20/2013. She promised they would be ready 06/25/2013. Today on 06/25/2013 I went to pick the pants during her business hours and the shop was closed with a note in the window stating "We are on vacation until July 15". I need those pants today as promised as they go to my suit that I'm wearing this Satruday for a family wedding. I called her shop several times and left messages and left her a message via Facebook. However, she has made no response.Desired Settlement: I want my pants as promised and need them by 6/28/2013
