Review: I did contact Anas Plumbing and Heating Company to install new shower mixer, new water heater, five shutoff valves and drainage replaced coming from shower tub into main drainage. The most of the work was performed by a nonprofessional person (not a plumber) even we paid plumber rate. [redacted] the owner of the Company just visit for little while during all the project. The shower mixer and other fixture in the shower tub was install by [redacted] (believe was his name) was not a plumber and He did not install shower mixer properly and damage during installing. Due to this damage we are not getting enough hot water to take shower.

We did notified [redacted] for the situation and request to repair/replace the shower mixer and explain that we are not getting enough hot water. This plumbing worked was done from 12/24/2013 to 1/2/2014; we keep calling [redacted] but never showed up OR send anyone to repair/replace this damaged shower mixer. Invoice # ** and was paid 3,625.00 for this service.

We just need him to replace damaged shower mixer for us as verbally we are under warranty for one year with labor and parts.
