I purchased a flower arrangement from Ana’s Rose N Thorn for Mothers Day off their webpage and my mother received an arrangement that looks nothing like they advertise. They use another company to produce images of what they sell called teleflora and not their own work. I looked on Yelp and it seems other people have the same complaint. This is false advertisement and my Mothers arrangement wasn’t even close to what was advertised nor worth what I paid for. The owner when I called wanted to replace the arrangement which I didn’t want to do and just wanted my money back because that would have just been awkward for my mother as you can imagine. People should get what they pay for and they aren’t with Ana’s Rose N Thorn. When I messaged the business through their Facebook page her silent business partner accused me of “verbal diarrhea” and denied hanging up on me which they did. My husband was next to me and can attest that I was firm with them didn’t even use a cuss word or anything and just wanted my money back which they are suppose to refund me actually teleflora is suppose to not Ana’s Rose N Thorn which produced the shotty arrangement. No where does it say on their page that the flowers advertised won’t be the same as what you pay for and this falls under false advertisement. The silent partner even made me feel like I was cheap or something for the arrangement I chose which was $35 plus $10 for delivery and basically made me feel like if I spent more money it wouldn’t have happened and that’s not ok either. This business needs to advertise their own work and arrangements and advertise their work on their webpage not telefloras or they need to provide what’s advertised so others don’t get ripped off.

I am a member of teleflora, a wire service that sends flowers all over the world, they set up and host and supply the pictures of arrangements on their website, it is the same site that all teleflora members have. It is stated in their site that due to covid 19 some aval. OF certain flowers cannot be guaranteed. That being said the arrangement she picked out on line has 3 white mums, 2 green mums, 2 alstromeria and some baby(spray roses) which the arrangement sent out had also,just not in the exact placement or color, hot pink baby roses wasn't available so white baby roses was used instead and instead of white daisy mums white cushion mums were used instead. Yes it didn't look exactly like the picture. It just wasn't possible to be exact. When she called she was yelling at me over the phone. I offered to replace on the following Monday when I was getting more flowers in but she continued to tell so I offered to contact teleflora and have them refund her money, but she was still yelling so I reached to put her on speaker phone and it disconnected her. I did not do this on purpose. She then messaged me and stated that I had hung up on her and when I tried to explain that no I didn't she called me a liar. And that she hadn't been done telling at me over the phone. I again Reyes to explain and at that time my kindle that I was messaging back and forth with her showed that she had blocked my responces. I was no aware that my husband had messaged her. I do not do well with being yelled at, I don't think any one does, I tried to resolve this but really all she wanted to do was yell at me. She wasn't in my opinion listening. Monday morning I called teleflora and had them refund her money. And block her from ordering threw me again. They said that the refund will take 6-7 days to get back into her account which is pretty standard.

I am rejecting this response because: I absolutely did not yell at the individual responding and she did hang up and is continuing to lie. Her silent business partner also messaged me and still did not accept the blame for their false advertisement and even insinuated if I spent more money I would have had a better arrangement and that’s unacceptable. I was firm with this business owner and my husband is a witness. I was also accused of “verbal diarrhea” in which is also a lie and extremely disrespectful and honestly I’m appalled that this is their way of righting their wrongs through continued lying and no accountability of their poor work. She’s lying still about what was even in the arrangement those flowers were not in my moms arrangement whom I double checked with who I might add is a former florist. This is extremely shameful of this business to continue to lie not only to the Revdex.com but clearly themselves to make themselves look better. You can see right in the image I submitted the flowers she claims in this report are NOT there. Proof she’s a lying individual. I received my refund band have made reviews on Yelp that are the truth that I might add seems to be a similar issues with other customers that in which have the exact same claims and complaints as I do with Ana’s Rose N Thorn.
