Review: I have bought a gift certificate that expires on October 2015 but now that I am ready to set up an appointment I am not able to contact them. They have not contacted me to refund me the money.Desired Settlement: If I can please have a refund.

Review: My sister purchased a gift card from Anasa Day Spa for me in November. The gift card lists an expiration date of November **, 2019. I called today to make an appointment and the spa's number was disconnected. I went to the website, but it has been removed from the internet. I searched for the website [redacted]'s contact information and called a cell phone, but the mailbox was full. I also tried contacting the spa by email & on [redacted], but have not yet received a response. It is clear that they have no interest in refunding customers, despite the fact that the business--it appears--has closed/moved.Desired Settlement: A gift certificate in the amount of $80 was purchased in November, 2014. I would like a full refund of $80.

Review: I had a giftcard for this day spa for $150 but the spa closed. What happens to that money I spent on the giftcard that I wasnt able to use?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my giftcard. They must've known business wasnt going well when they sold me the giftcard.
