Review: In 2011, AMM prepared out income taxes for 2010. We met with [redacted] after tax season to go over them as we thought there was an error and there was. She said she would take care of it. In 2012, she sent our packet with a handwritten note and that she had not Amended our 2010 return and still needed to do that. Nothing happened so we took our taxes elsewhere. We never heard any more so in June of 2013, I emailed [redacted] and she said she had retired and she would contact [redacted], the Tax Manager, to take care of this. Nothing happened. In April 2014, I called and spoke with a [redacted](??) and explained to her that we were almost out of time to file an Amended return and she seemed to recall they or someone (NOT us) had decided they weren't going to do anything about this and they didn't have time. I asked her if I find someone else to do it, would they reimburse the fee since it was their error. She seemed reluctant to help or have anyone help in any way. We did take the 2010 Taxes to H&R block and they did amend it, along with 2011 and we are getting a return. In the meantime, I wrote a letter (dated April 24) to AMM asking them to reimburse us for the additional $532.61 we had to spend and included copies of the receipt. We paid $2,633 in 2010 (way more than we paid any place else) and they seem to feel they don't have to correct their error. Needless to say, again - we got no response from them to this letter. I see you have them rated A+ with the Revdex.com. I beg to differ. They treated us horribly for an error that was theirs.Desired Settlement: Want them to reimburse us for the $532.61 we paid H&R Block to fix their error.
