Review: On March 2006, I'd own my first fur coat as a [redacted] birthday gift. And I used this business for the storage of the fur coat. I found the service to be satisfactory. However, on December 19,2013 my husband decided to purchase a fur jacket and fur hat for my Christmas present. We drove from ** to make the purchase. We were told that the hat could be ordered to match the jacket without any problems. Well, when I called and stated that I was coming in to pick-up my garments. I was never told that the hat wasn't available for pick-up. She told me she would call me and left a message that the hat wasn't send to me. The hat was send to her and that once she received it she would ship it to me. That never happen nor was any explanation offered. I called inquiring about the fur hat only to be told that the dealer was having difficulty matching the hat to the jacket. I have been given her plenty of opportunity to settle this matter. She made promises she wasn't able to deliver in a timely fashion. My patience has been tried. On January 18, 2014 the last time I spoke to her I called only to be placed on hold and she never spoke to me again.Desired Settlement: I expressed that I wanted both garments not just one or the other. If I can't have them both as I wished and she promised then I want to be refunded all monies. I can also return the jacket that I have yet to wear.
