For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAs stated in my original complaint, the grading service was purchased on September, 2014, as indicated on my receiptThree months from this date would be December As of today, February 2015, the comic book has not yet been received, representing a period of months since the service was purchasedAn additional days to receive the comic book would nearly double the time for what was paid for as the "Fast Track" service and is listed on the receipt as "Reduces the estimated turnaround time by half." This demonstrates a failure to honor the expedited processing time for the additional $payment2. Claims by Anastasia's Collectibles's that "We have responded to all emails and phone calls." is irrefutably falseAs indicated in my original complaint, three phone calls to Anastasia's Collectibles on January, 25 January, and January to request the status of our order were neither answered nor returned. Furthermore, an email sent to [email protected] as listed for the business on Dec at 11:AM local time was also never answeredThe text is indicated as below:
