Dear [redacted] .As soon as we informed from [redacted] that we have given him a wrong key we offed to rectify the situationAs a dealer we buy keys from a locksmith at wholesale pricesWe made arrangement for the customer to have it done with American locksmith that is closer to his house or he could come to the dealership and have it done here [redacted] refuse to cooperate instead he wanted us to pay retail and have it done at a Chrysler dealershipIf we pay retail for any part or repairs we would be out of business Our way of getting better prices on parts and services with out compromise the quality gives us an edge in the market [redacted] is going to get the same part # jeep key that the Chrysler dealer would have given himOur cost for the Key is $and we send [redacted] a check for that amountI belive we've been fair with him and hope he understands our side of view

*** *** *** *** To whom it may concern, There was no attempt from Anastos Motors to contact us or to set up anything with their locksmith. They would not even respond to our messages. We ended up calling Channel Call For Action. Carol from Call For Action contacted the dealershipIt was after that I agreed for them to send us $I guess we are lucky we got anything. That only covers half our price

I apologize for the misunderstandingI thought that *** *** the sales person was in contact with ***We agreed from the day we were informed that one of the keys was wrong to replace that key with American locksmith. He is still available to do that so *** would not have any out of pocket expense

What they don't say is that I am out time and money no matter if I go to their place of business or I spend the difference of buying a fob at a local dealer.
