I am rejecting this response because: The owner is clearly a liar and basically supported his waiters illegal action by saying that it is customary to ADD 15% to a customers bill? Is that not illegal? Never have I heard such a ridiculous statement It is not like I was there with over people I was there by myselfHe claimed to called me more times the following week without a messageDue to his dishonestly I could no longer speak to himThe food was sub-par and would like a full refund
