Unfortunately Mr [redacted] ' claims that he called twice to inform me that the job was completed is not evidenced by my phone records over the past monthsI did not ask for all of his employees' cell phone numbersI requested the cell phone number of the employee that Mr [redacted] claimed 'may have called from his cell phone when the door was ready to be picked up.' If the employee did indeed call and attempt to inform me that the job was complete I was and I am willing to accept full responsibility regarding this matter and would offer a full and sincere apology to Mr [redacted] and the employees of Anawan Glass Unfortunately this does not appear to be the caseAfter I requested the phone number, that may evidence the phone call Mr [redacted] claims, Mr [redacted] immediately rejected my request and became hostile over the phoneI informed him that if we were not able to resolve the matter I would seek relief through the Massachusetts Judicial System in the form of a small claimWhile I will await the decision of the Revdex.com regarding this matter I do plan to seek remedy though the court if Mr [redacted] does not agree to work with me regarding the closet door that his company disposed of without my permission or without contacting me regarding the completion of the job Regards, [redacted] ***

In regards to the complaint from Mr. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] dropped off his closet door to have new mirror installed on it. He called the next day to see if it was ready. We explained to him that we had to wait for the safety backing to come in, it was on back order. Once the safety backing...

came in, we put new mirror on his door. He was then called twice to let him know that the door was ready for pick up. He never responded to our calls. Four months later he finally called back and we told him we had to dispose of it. We are not responsible for items left more than 30 days. Mr. [redacted] then wanted us to give him all our employee's cell phone numbers and names, he was told that we could not do that. Then he threatened to sue us and to trash our flawless reputation. He has posted a negative review on [redacted]. Also reported us to the Revdex.com, which we have no complaints on either.

Unfortunately Mr. [redacted]' claims that he called twice to inform me that the job was completed is not evidenced by my phone records over the past 6 months. I did not ask for all of his employees' cell phone numbers. I requested the cell phone number of the employee that Mr. [redacted] claimed 'may have called from his cell phone when the door was ready to be picked up.' If the employee did indeed call and attempt to inform me that the job was complete I was and I am willing to accept full responsibility regarding this matter and would offer a full and sincere apology to Mr. [redacted] and the employees of Anawan Glass.  Unfortunately this does not appear to be the case. After I requested the phone number, that may evidence the phone call Mr. [redacted] claims, Mr. [redacted] immediately rejected my request and became hostile over the phone. I informed him that if we were not able to resolve the matter I would seek relief through the Massachusetts Judicial System in the form of a small claim. While I will await the decision of the Revdex.com regarding this matter I do plan to seek remedy though the court if Mr. [redacted] does not agree to work with me regarding the closet door that his company disposed of without my permission or without contacting me regarding the completion of the job.
Regards,
[redacted]
