Revdex.com Jefferson St NE Ste A Albuquerque, NM 87109Matter concerning Client: *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** ***To whom it may concern, October 1, 2015Anaya Gross Receipts Consulting and Tax Service, LLC preformed the service of
completing and filing Mr and Mrs *** income tax returns, both Federal and state. We preformed this service, and charged Mrs and Mr *** Information on this Tax Return was given to us by Mrs ***Aprox days later the return was rejected by the IRSWe did consult with Mrs *** on this matterThis year there is a box on the sheet that requires you to actually check the box labeled "Do you have insurance "yes" or "no"We did check the box "yes"The tax return was returned because the IRS needed the form ( proof of insurance) sent with the re We filled out the form with the information Mrs *** gave us and resent the tax return a second timeAgain the return was rejected by the IRSAt this point, as our experience with the new tax laws regarding insurance grew, We again, consulted with Mrs***The reason for the second rejection was again the new ruling on health care requirements on the fo .The form was includedThe IRS wanted more proof due to the fact Mrs *** was retiredA second form 1095A was required., The IRS does mail the taxpayer a letter asking them to get a 1095A form from their insurance company. The IRS asks the taxpayer to fill out the paperwork from their letter, get the 1095A form and mail or fax this information to themWhen Mrs *** received her letter in the mail from the IRS, (several weeks later), she did bring it to our officeWe did spend over an hour with Mrs ***We told her she needed to get a 1095A form from her insurance companyWe waited for her to bring this form to usWe did not hear from her for several more weeksWhen she did come into our office with this 1095A form,we did fill out this 1095A form with her and we did fax this and the other paperwork to the IRS while Mrs *** was sitting there watchingShortly after this paperwork was faxed, her return did show up on our computer program as "accepted".When Mrs *** finally received and brought this letter from the IRS to us, it was past the April income tax deadlineMrs *** did not ask us to apply for an extension for herAt this time Mrs *** still did not have her 1095A formUnfortunately, the IRS did not act in a timely manner with regards to mailing Mrs *** the letter requesting her 1095AWhen Mrs *** did attain her 1095A form from her insurance company many weeks had passedWe, Anaya GRC have no control over the mail or when our clients bring us pertinent informationWe depend on the client to provide us with correct information and for that information to be provided to us in a timely manner. The last meeting we had with Mrs *** was very nice and she thanked us for our patience and finally straightening out her medical insurance forms. We spent many hours with herWe are quite taken aback by her complaint to Revdex.com.To date Mrs *** does have an outstanding balance owed to Maya Gross Receipts Consulting and Tax ServiceThese fees are outside of our fee for preparation of her income tax (200.00)Mrs *** does not realize the hours we sat with her, listening to her, going over and over her figures, numbers, information, taking care of her paperwork, getting the correct information from her, the letters from her read, the 1095A form filled out correctly, the consultations, phone calls, copies and faxes.Anaya Gross Receipts Consulting and Tax Service went to great lengths to appease Mrs ***We as business owners do have the responsibility to prepare tax returns for our clients professionally and accuratelyWe do this from the information we receive from the clientAgain, We did fax all forms after received from Mrs ***Her taxes are excepted by the IRS on our books, thus we did the service of tax preparation for herWe charged $for that.Again, it is not Anaya GRC's fault Mrs *** did not receive her letter for 1095A requirement in a timely manner from the IRSIt is not Maya GRC's fault Mrs *** did not receive her 1095A form in a timely manner from her insurance companyIt is not Maya GRC's fault Mrs *** did not ask for an extensionIf there was a miscalculation on Mrs ***'s income tax return, that information was given to us by Mrs ***.Any additional information supplied by Mrs *** would be added to her returnAny interest or penalties accessed by the IRS, certainly is not Maya GRC's responsibilityAs far as Mrs *** hiring another tax accountant, that is her choice, as on our books, her tax return has been acceptedAgain, Mrs *** does have an existing balance with us.Sincerely, Raymond A***If the Revdex.com has any questions, please call ***
