I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The matter was not resolved because the owner stated to the Revdex.com and to me via voice and text that the service fee in the amount of would be returned to me the consumerMs*** has stated on separate occasions that she would pay this amount and drop it off at the Revdex.com office for me to pick up and has failed to do soShe continues to make excuses as to why she fails to return the service fee which have nothing at all to do with me as the dissatisfied consumerThe matter will be resolved once the money is rightfully returned to me

Spoke with the business as she was to bring payment of $140.00 to Revdex.com Office three times and did not show.

Business states that she does not have money to refund consumer right now, as a water break has happened. She will refund the money when she can.
