Review: Began work over 20 months ago to remediate damage from super storm sandy. Has basically walked off job. Can not get him to finish. He has collected some insurance money but refuses to return calls most work done was very poor.Desired Settlement: I would like to get back in my condo. Need a CO cannot get it because work is not finished.
