I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me It was startling how, just hours after submitting our complaint to the Revdex.com, we were contacted by this company with an offer to resolve the situation Weeks before contacting you, after my husband's many phone calls with ANC, I told [redacted] that I was extremely unsatisfied and that one of the options I was considering was contacting the Revdex.com Customer satisfaction didn't seem to be a top priority with ANC then, but it certainly is now It's obvious to us that the Revdex.com was a huge help Thank you so much Regards, [redacted]

I would like to thank ANC heating for all they have done for my family with a resent repair of our air conditioning system I have never been so impressed with the way a company does business ANC has gone over and above what I would expect from any company We had another company install a furnace and A-coil and years later ANC finished the rest We had a lot of trouble with the components installed by the first company Not only did ANC service the problems with the components they didn't install, when the part finally failed years later they came back again and made sure we had our air back on and did it at no chargeIt was not their responsibility, and they replaced it anyway! I worked with L [redacted] during our issues, All he cared about was that we had our system working againHe was very pleasant and professional and actually cared Our service guy Tom was great, Just like L [redacted] He was very pleasant and professional Tom has been here many times keeping us going with the problems from the others company's failed parts The install was clean and neat, and currently working good Thank you Tom, L [redacted] and to all of the ANC crew You went far beyond our expectations and will continue use you when needed This review does not do ANC justice, The help they have given us goes well beyond what I have said above Thank you ANC! We are very very Happy

This morning at 10:11am, I reached out to Ms [redacted] to apologize for my staff not getting back to her in a timely mannerI have researched her service call in question and find that we owe Ms [redacted] a refund for her second call to ANCWhile our tech was there for the furnace he looked at the other equipment that was not included in the original tune up and found problems with those devices and was quoted for such repairsIn either case, ANC will be issuing a full refund for the second call in the amount of $

Thank you for bringing [redacted] ***'s complaint to lightLast week I personally went to Ms***'s home to speak directly with her regarding her complaintTo be honest with you, Ms [redacted] had a legitimate issue, in that the [redacted] Pellet stove did not seem to be producing the kind of heat that I would have expectedMs [redacted] and I have come to an agreement that ANC would replace her stove with a larger BTU producing pellet stove, manufactured by [redacted] - ( [redacted] *) pellet stoveFor the record, [redacted] is the manufacturer of the [redacted] and has washed their hands,due to the fact that it is outside their one year warrantyI have taken it upon ourselves to take care of our valuable customer, Ms*** As soon as the stove arrives here at ANC, we will call Ms [redacted] to make arrangements to install this stove for her.....free of chargeI will also provide her with a brand new year parts and labor warranty on the new unit.....to make sure she is covered for the coming season I expressed to her my apology for her inconvenience and hope that the replacement of the new unit, would give her faith in ANC once again I shall consider this matter closed with regards to the Revdex.com, but we shall further work with Ms***Our reputation and rating with the Revdex.com is very important to ANC Thank You [redacted] , President ANC Heating & Air Conditioning

I have spoken to Mr [redacted] and I believe there was just some confusion with the service tickets, attachedThe problem was the furnace was acting up intermittently, meaning, when our men were on site the furnace operated okWhen I reviewed the tickets, I had instructed my service manger to go to Mr [redacted] 's home at no charge to see if he could determine the root cause of the intermittent No Heat callsIn fact, Tom was able to witness the inducer motor short cycling, which would have caused the water in the tubingWe only charged Mr [redacted] one "diagnostic" chargeAs I told Mr [redacted] , it sucks when you have a car that acts up, but not for the serviceman....this was this caseI had a very nice conversation with Mr [redacted] and everything is ok nowThank you for being a conduit for our customerLloyd K., President ANC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I await a communication from ANC regarding a resolution to this issue..Since the filing of this complaint I have not heard from ANC in any way, even though I had spoken to them via phone in which they stated they were going to send a $check.I have no paperwork regarding a contract nor how they broke down their billing in regards to the initial renewing of contract, additional charges for items which should have been covered under a prior contract, nor what contracts we presently now have, which I believe is separate contracts This has become a very confused issue which is why I asked for a written breakdown as to everything ANC has done.I do wish to thank the Revdex.com, Incfor at least getting some attention to this matter Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The results of ANC coming out to fix the split ductless system have been very positiveThe system is producing more heat and circulating the air throughout the roomThe morning of March 26, 2016, the outdoor temperatures were in the mid 20'sThe inside temperature was in the 70'sAnd that was all throughout the houseI am currently very pleased with the performance of this unit and am happy we were able to get it done in a timely matter Regards, [redacted] ***

ANC Heating DID NOT install the geothermal system and field in questionThis is a service issue with a unit that was under warranty.I personally spoke to the [redacted] this evening to discuss the replacement of the geothermal machine at their home and the payment for such servicesThey are unhappy that we did not include the removal and EPA approved disposal of the methanol from their geo field My service department did provide a discounted price for the service at $2300, (our price included the safe removal and disposal of the fluids and chemical and refilling with glycol), even though our test did not indicate the presence, but was noted by the homeowner it may have some in it)The main problem, they and I both have is the fact that my service tech did not document properly what they were proposing to do for the services quotedHis lack of proper paperwork procedures has brought us to this juncture Our contention is there would be no way to quote the problem with the field, simply due to the fact that the machine was not running, (our tech did not fully explain this to our customer, in fact he referenced "install and test geo system" on his workorder...., ambiguous at best)We had to replace the machine first to determine if there were any problem with the field....the [redacted] disagreeGoing back with a flush cart to bleed the field was and is not a big deal, certainly we explored that option, but that's not our issueit was the contamination of the field itself, which I believe any reasonable person would not expect ANC to be responsible for We just do not run into "contaminated" fields, filled with unknown amounts Methanol and waterThe contamination would lead to future breakdowns and a loss of capacityBleeding the field would probably work temporarily, but its just not the right thing to doThey must re-fill with a glycol solution to protect against freezing and the cost of that amount of glycol would exceed $1500, certainly not reasonable to be included in our unit replacement price.I am sad that the [redacted] did not reach out to me before writing such a scathing rebuke of our servicesThe [redacted] are not satisfied with our service, so I explained to them that ANC is a professional company that puts Honesty and Integrity first.....and to the fact that we offer 100% money back guarantees for our servicesThey felt that ANC did not deserve any monies for the work performed so I have authorized the full refund of $1,and the [redacted] have accepted my offerLife goes on
