I live in an older, historic multi-unit buildingMy two HVAC units were about years old when I moved in, were installed in a very odd way in a small ceiling cavities, and failed not long afterANC retro-fitted the installed space, removed the older units, installed newer and higher-efficient ones, installed new ductwork and structural supportsThey were professional and prompt throughout the process, explaining what they were doing each step of the way, and worked with me whenever possible to save costs in this highly complex jobTrust is one of the most important aspects in choosing any service professionals, and ANC certainly has mineI would instantly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, timely, professional work -- whether for routine repairs and maintenance, to complicated projects like mine

ANC heating and cooling came to give a diagnosis for my air conditioner, after they’ve receive the diagnosis fees, they didn’t answer my call to follow upHorrible company with no apology

I give them zero stars on there reviewThey put a friend of mine furnace inBut in the process of doing this they leaked oil all over my friends driveway that was just sealed by another companyWhen asked what they were going to do, they informed my friend that told them that they were out of luckNow I don’t think this is fair that my friend had to repay to have his driveway resealed a second time due to there neglanceSo my suggestion is do not hire these people for any type of work you need done on your home

The workers for ANC did a great job and provided very professional service in replacing my water heater Very knowledgeable and professional Arrived on time and got right to work Would gladly recommend them to everyone that needs their service

This company has been a nightmare from day one! None of the employees show up on time and they take and hour breaks!!! They caused me to take off a day and work and didn't even show up! I had my furnace installed on 4-10-ANC did not do an accurate jobI was told that they were supposed to test the ac unit before they leftThey did notThe very first time I run my ac unit on 5-26-(not even months later) it causes the mother board on the furnace problemsI contact *** at ANC and he tells me that I have to pay for the furnace to be fixed! But why when it is still under a one year warranty??? He said that the warranty was void because the ac caused the problemI call RUUD of which the furnace is from and they tell me that *** is lying and sent me a certificate of proof to have the piece replaced without a feeThis company is scam! RUUD also advised me that because of the timeframe, ANC is supposed to replace the part without charging for labor*** at A

ANC is a company with a heart! After at least companies coming out along with their services charges, and me spending over $dollars trying to get my unit back in working order, ANC came in, gave an honest appraisal, got my air conditioner working and was unbelievably reasonable in helping me with a payment plan! My family and I have been trying to get this house on track for over a year! Thanks to ANC, my granddaughter, who has asthma won't be suffering in the heat, and my daughter and I will be calm, cool, and collected! I am grateful to Charles and Charles Bradley, Jr, for taking care of the Clay FamilyThey have my business for the rest of the millennium! I am so grateful for ANC! Thank you!

We installed a free furnace through a community program Community Action. We found out the air conditioner was undercharged which caused water to run down into the furnace which caused the motherboard to go out on the furnace. We did not do anything to the air conditioner, therefore this was not...

caused by our company or any work that we did. Normally water damage to the motherboard voids the warranty. We contacted the program, and we told them we would try to help her and came up with a resolution. We went out and changed the board for her for free of charge, along with an A-coil. Again, our company and our job was to go in there and install a furnace. She did not pay any money out of pocket for any of these services as this was through a community program.
