believe the more than acceptable.  I investigated this incident in depth and have spoken to every employee that worked this wedding.  All employees agree that the events the [redacted] are claiming did not transpire the way they are stating.  The person that they referred to in this letter [redacted], and the rest of the staff believe that the [redacted] preplanned this spectacle in a way to try to get their wedding paid free of charge.  [redacted] job is to sell weddings and events not facilitate them.  It is the job of our banquet captain, [redacted] to facilitate the events. I have given [redacted] a copy of this complaint letter and she is going to submit a response regarding how the events actually took place.  I will send you her response by Tuesday, December 23, 2014.
