It has been close to a year and after countless false promises, I still do not have my wedding video!
Anchor Cinema and owner, ***, has breached our contract in which I paid *** in exchange for wedding videography services. We are now almost a year past the recorded event and I still do not have what I purchased from him. This is after countless false promises, which I will outline in the details below.

I first contacted Anchor Cinema on February 5, 2018 to inquire about wedding videography services for my wedding to be held July 20, 2019. On February 26, 2018 a contract was signed and a 50% deposit was made. The remainder of the contract was paid in full shortly after the wedding on August 10, 2019.

I purchased the following products/services from Anchor Cinema on February 26, 2018:

Custom Collection- ***
-8 Hours of Cinematography
-2 Videographers
-Highlight Video
-Feature Film
-USB Flash Drive

The contract the owner, ***, had me sign stated the following regarding the timeline in which I would receive my products:

"Normal delivery of the feature film when part of the Keepsake Collection will be within 2-3 months after the event. Sneak Peek videos will be available online with password protection within 7 to 10 days after the event.

On August 6, 2019 I emailed *** to find out when I could expect the videos. *** stated the material would be ready the following week. After not receiving the video or any communication, I emailed him again on August 22 to check the status. With no response, I emailed him again on August 30. He did not respond until September 11th, promising the videos would be ready in two weeks. I heard nothing after 3 weeks and reached out on October 3rd. He responded, promising it would be ready the week of the 14th. Then on OCtober 18th he said it would be ready that Sunday. On that Sunday, he said he had a last minute gig and would have the final videos to me on Tuesday. He sent me a highlight video Tuesday night, October 23rd, but it was not what we had discussed at all. He said he forgot and would make the edits, but needed until the end of November, as he was going on a trip to Greece. He ended up sending me a very rough draft of the highlight video on November 30th. I wrote to him, the edits that needed to be made but did not hear anything back. Finally, on December 14th I emailed him again asking to have the highlight video before Christmas to share with my family. There was no response, so I followed up again December 21st, then again on December 28th. He emailed me January 2 saying I would have it by the following day. Then he emailed me saying he had another gig and would have it to me the following Monday. Then on Monday, he said it would be Tuesday. I got the highlight on Wednesday, January 9th. On the 10th, he said the feature film would be ready within a week. Then there was no word from him for almost a month so I emailed him again on February 3rd, then again on February 13th. He responded on the 14th promising it would be ready the following Friday at the latest. I didn't get a thing and emailed him again on February 22nd and 28th, April 4th and April 8th. Finally, April 24th he responded and promised to have the video for me by the first week of May. Nothing from him so I emailed him May 10th. May 12th he said it would be ready by that Friday at the latest. Still didn't receive anything so I emailed him again May 21 stating that I no longer wanted the feature film, but I wanted a 50% reimbursement and all the raw footage from our wedding. It is now June 5th and I have not heard from him.

This is absolutely no way to handle business, and especially in dealing with what is supposed to be many couple's favorite memories. I am appalled, angry, hopeless, and so much more. I can only hope that I get my raw footage, and help keep other brides and grooms from going through this horrific experience.

I have all emails and contracts if needed.

Desired Outcome

I would like a reimbursement of the amount I paid and ALL raw footage from my wedding.

We signed a contract with Anchor Cinema to film our wedding day. This contract guaranteed us 8 hours of video, drone footage, all raw footage, and a 3-6 minute wedding highlight video. *** told me that I should expect to receive the final product 6-8 weeks post wedding (Dec 5 would be 8 weeks). He did not send me anything and was not responding to my emails. When he finally did respond, he said I would have it by "the holidays". I waited until the end of Dec and reached out again. He again ignored multiple emails. He did not respond to anything until mid Feb, when he said I would have what I paid for by the end of the month. I waited until the first week of March was over, and then sought legal counsel. March 17th, a letter was sent to *** on my behalf, requesting that he immediately fulfill his contractual obligations. March 27th *** emailed me and sent me a 5 minute wedding highlight video. No raw footage, no drone footage, just the highlight video. He confessed they did not film with a drone at all, even though I paid extra for this. On top of this, the highlight video did not have our correct wedding date. It opened, "October 8th, 2019," when we got married on Oct 5th. I emailed *** back and requested some edits to the video and also that he mail me all raw footage- which we paid for- and asked how he intended to refund the $200 that we paid for drone coverage (which he agreed to refund). That was one week ago. *** has not made any corrections to the video or acknowledged receipt of my email. We would begin the process of taking him to small claims court if we could, but courts are closed due to COVID. I just want my footage that I paid for. At this point he has broken contract and my wedding was over 6 months ago. I've done some digging and have found three other women who have had similar experiences with ***. He is not fulfilling his contractual obligations and should face consequences for the heartache he is putting people through. You only get one wedding day.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job *** needs to be communicative and timely. He should send us all raw footage. I would like to request all raw footage be placed on a flashdrive and be shipped via FEDEX or registered mail with a tracking number. Please provide me with the tracking number. He should refund the $200 for drone footage that he did not record and he should make the appropriate edits to my highlight video and confirm I can access that as well.
