On 8/5/I moved from one storage place to anotherI hired these movers, they show up and did a terrible jobI was paying by the hour, they were moving so slowly, they would disappear for long periods of timeThey billed me for the half hour that they were there and didn't tell me and started billing meI saw a mover push my headboard, it fell and the glass shatteredRight after, this guy walks offThe owner shows up with another team of guys to help me move faster, they get the truck loaded 11-12:30pmHe accuses me of improperly storing the headboardThey refused to move acceptable items that were ready to be moved, including boxes and larger tools (like my bandsaw)We go over to the storage place, they'd just stand around or they're disappearing for long periods of time, I go up to explore and the whole upper floor smells like weedI'm unloading the truck, and loading up the cartsIt took them over FOUR HOURS to unload the truck with six menThat's ridiculousIt's a 10x

Anchor Moving moved my possessions on June 8, During that move an item valued at $1500-$disappeared, and I was fortunate enough to discover it a few days later I filed a police report Anchor Moving took NO responsibility for the missing item, and there was absolutely no opportunity for anyone else to take the item I trusted the company and the employees

Workers were on time, quick to move items and very courteous

Using anchor moving was one of the smartest things I have done in a whileCustomer service is exceptionalAnd their rates were far better than any other moving companyI would highly recommend them for your move

I sent a crew of out to a storage locker at 10:am, one of my men did damage a bedroom hutch, a male friend of the party were moving became angry and he was speaking foul and abusive to my crewAt 11:the man that had damaged the hutch left ,because of the treatment he was receivingAt 12:
I dropped off more employees for a total of people, the truck was 1/loaded at that timeThe truck was fully loaded by 2:00pm, I personally was on the job site picking up an employee at that timeOur company did refuse some of the smaller items that was not boxed , or items that was covered in mold due to the storage locker leaking waterThe storage locker was infested with dead and living rodents, because when they moved into the storage locker they had refrigerator food in boxes that had spoiled, also none of the furniture was wrapped or padded it was all unprotected from these conditionsMy crew Of men began to unload the truck at 2:30pm,and the job was completed at 5pmThe bill was The owner was being hysterical and demanding, so I told her I would settle her bill for $500.00, She was also informed that the large discount was for any damages , she stated she only had $and would only pay that amount and only by credit cardI explained that I would only except cash due to her hysterical behavior and disputes, I did not feel comfortable excepting any form of payment that could be cancelledOn our invoice she has signed permission for the price of $per pound, and also signed on delivery that the items were received in satisfactory condition. Our company discounted this bill $to cover any damages, our company will not offer any additional refunds or repairs

My sister hired this company to move my stuff and my room mates stuffI had no idea that there was any damage to my bed frame until after the moveNeedless to say I found out after their supposed day policyI didn't even read anything about a move policyI did call the company to let them know about the issue*** was not helpfulHe was like oh there's a day policyMy roommate had an issue with them breaking the screen door and she contacted them about it.  He blew me off even though his employees did do it
