I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have received the message the business sent me and I disagree with what they say and claimSince the beginning that I got my truck back after the first time he tried fixing it, I let Mr*** know it wasn't working properly, but he told me that I should keep using it without a problemTime passed, and the truck was still the same and not working correctlyI told him this again, and he told me to take it to himThis is when he put a radiator meant for another motor that my truck didn't haveAlso, he made the hoses in my vehicle cancel.When he gave me my truck back, it only took about two months before the water mixed with the oil in my truck and again, I took it backAbout a month later, he returned it to me, but the problem was not solvedNow, he claimed it was the transmissionThis time we changed it with another mechanic, yet nothing changed because that was not the situation.After the new mechanic checked my vehicle, he saw what the problem was and it had nothing to do with the transmission, but with the motorThe heads in the motor were not adjusted and the mechanic fixed this*** *** had not told me that this was the actual problem.I went to go see him personally and he received me aggressively kicking me out of his company.I called the number that they included in their new message, but we keep disagreeing because they still want to include your company (Revdex.com) and they don't seem to want to fix it with me.

There are many factors that don’t add up to his claim. Months after the work was completed he did claim vehicle didn’t feel right, addional work was done complementary even though he was advice additional work needed to be done for vehicle to work better(Initial job was head job,
vehicle was forced and needed to have transmisión rebuilt as well and Mr*** never did necessary additional work). Even with warning, we took care of head job once again and he was advice once again about work recommendedEven then, vehicle was still being used at a daily basis. Other work was done on other of his personal vehicles after that truck was completedWhich wouldn’t make a lot of sense if your unhappy with our work. After more than a year and warranty was over, Mr*** came to our business in an aggressive manor demanding his money back, he was asked to leave, in front of numerous customersBeing that we are know his family, they were contacted, because he did leave the premises but only to park across the street and continue to yell threats. The vehicle in question is driven more than average a day and is being over loadedMr*** picks up scrap metal from numerous locations a dayIf a vehicle isn’t running correctly that wouldn’t be possibleOur location was one of them obviously until such incident.Mr*** mentions that the owner attempted to hit him, all our shop is being recorded and I can assure you that didn’t happen*** *** is known by many people in our community not only from owning this company but for the time he worked for the previous ownerWe have police officers and city employees walk in our business on a daily basisI can’t say Mr*** has the same clean recordThat is why his family was contacted as a cortesy instead of the cops. In addition, I feel like asking for more than the amount he paid or even the amount he paid isn’t correct because the vehicle is still in running condition from the job that was doneHis original part was rebuilt, which questions the fact that the part weren’t correctAs stated by the mechanic Mr*** says he saw. Please update our email for this one as the one on file is out of date and I appreciated a written letter more than an email, as email are sometimes easily over seen. To whom it may concern:At this time, we feel the only fact we can agree on is that the such job was out of warranty. Customer isn't taking into consideration that his vehicle isn't being used appropriately.  Which is a big factor on how it will perform and how long parts on the vehicle will last. We are not positive theres any more insight we can add to get to fair agreement that would benefit all of us.
