What was supposed to be an exciting, joyful experience has turned out to be an embarrassing, stressful, and nerve wrecking experience
Not thinking I needed to research the pool builder of the model home of the builder that built our home was the worst mistake we could have made We naturally assumed the builder would have told us if there were issues with the pool company but no one ever mentioned the series of problems and complaint filed against Anchor Pools
The contract to build or pool was signed in February We were told it would take weeks to completeGround was not broken until April 4, The pool shell was poured April 9th and we were told it had to set for weeksAnchor Pools did not return in weeks, instead they came back weeks later (May 25th)The mounds of dirt which by now had started a life of their own were finally leveledThe plumbing was started and the interior tile was put in place...we are now going on weeks now without any activity on the pool
We live in a gated upscale neighborhood When ground was broken several of our neighbors came by interested in having a pool put into their homes, needless to say they are no longer interested in the unprofessional services provided by Anchor PoolsThe HOA has voiced their concerns about the mounds of unattached dirt piles, the PCP pipes, and the faded lumber that was splattered all over my back yard, not to mention the brown/green water that has been present in the pool for almost weeks nowI am very displeased and embarrassed with our selected pool company and wish we had checked with the Revdex.com before hiring Anchor Pools

My pool and pool building experience was perfection and I am delighted with my pool. I highly recommend.
