Very unprofessional, paid $the apartment wasn't ready it has been weeks they state they could hold funds for weeks and charge me $a day although no paperwork I signed stated that timeframe or dollar amount Staff is rude......now I can't use funds for current landlord and being evicted

We have never had bed bugs but now my family is getting bit constantly. We don't sleep in fear of getting bitten. Anchor keeps putting off coming to fix problems and this is unacceptable. Windows aren't fit to frame correctly and my daughter almost had one fall on her. Upper unit pipes busted and leaked through ceiling. They will not let us cancel lease or at least let us move to a different property or pay for hotel while repairs are being done. DO NOT RENT FROM ANCHOR. We are seeking legal help A.S.A.P.

Staff is rude......now I can't use funds for current landlord and being evicted.

In 2015 I signed a month to month lease with another tenant to rent a unit from Anchor Properties LLC on 104th and Daphne. The other tenant and I was expected to move into the unit around October 7th, however Anchor demanded that I return my key to the unit an hour after I received it. They barred me from accessing the unit and refused to return my security deposit and rent. Six months later they filed an eviction against me for a property I never occupied (which the court commissioner dismissed me from) and continues to refuse the return of my security deposit and first month's rent. The staff in the office are very rude, belligerent and disrespectful (except the office manager who pretty much does as her superiors tell her). They have refused to meet with me or talk to me via telephone. When I took a letter into their office regarding the return of my security deposit and rent one of the women in the office threw the letter on the floor. I will be taking further action against this company. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
