We were assigned this company by the government do our military move this past weekMovers showed up hours late first dayRefused to show up the second dayWe called and complained numerous timesManagement couldn't get a hold of the driversThe third day, movers showed up hours late and ended up taking hours to finish the job (12pm-5am)!!! Movers were completely inconsiderate and unapologeticWe were told by the guys that because they had issues w/management they were refusing to workThey would rather make their customers suffer than do their job! If I could negative stars I would! The worst service I have ever received in my lifeMy husband and I felt very disrespected Oh, and another thing we discovered after they finished moving our stuff in today...one of the movers left a small bag of a suspicious white substance on the floor! Good thing my kids didn't pick it up!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by Tanner Van Lines in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the statements contained within their response have not as of 12/at 8:30pm occurred, and therefore, not resolved my complaint.Subsequent to my latest phone conversation with Revdex.com personnel (who reached out to me), and without any prior communication from Tanner Van Lines or their claims vendor, I did receive a box from Tanner Van lines that contained my comforter set and patio cushions These items were valued on my claim at $(#comforter) and $for patio cushions(#332) Forgiving the loss of patio cushions (I had and now have 2), the remaining amount of my claim for $3,would now be $3,307.To date, I have not received any itemized statement of claim valuation, nor have I received any check for compensation for my remaining losses and damage Further, no one has ever contacted me to confirm what was contained in the box just received from Tanner Van Lines, nor confirmed what the outstanding lost and damaged items are Based on Tanner Van Lines communication, this claim was closed without any communication or coordination with the customer.Most importantly, the alleged paperwork "mailed from claims on 12/15" has NOT been received, and the alleged check "sent separately from accounting" has NOT been received.So the clock, sadly, is still ticking on this claim Regards, [redacted]

We called and complained numerous times. Management couldn't get a hold of the drivers. The third day, movers showed up 3 hours late and ended up taking 17 hours to finish the job (12pm-5am)!!! Movers were completely inconsiderate and unapologetic. We were told by the guys that because they had issues w/management they were refusing to work. They would rather make their customers suffer than do their job! If I could negative 5 stars I would! The worst service I have ever received in my life. My husband and I felt very disrespected.
